Inv. batch lot or multi location control software application The stock location and lot batch lot control module are powerful and flexible software products that allows one to quickly establish an multi-location stock record and batch lot control reporting system. During the receiving process, an employee enters part number, batch lot and stock location information using tags/templates. At the time of material issue, an employee would retrieve material from recorded stock location, then issue, to sales or manufacturing, orders. The system tracks and reports on on hand balances and batch lot information from material receipt, through the manufacturing process out to customer shipment. This process allows for fast and accurate product, job order recall, warranty information, and much more.
Labor reporting software applicationThe employees scan employee badge and other job order
information through bar code readers at either the start of a job, end
of the job or both. Elapsed hours are rounded to company policy. Lunchtime
can be automatically deducted from job hours without employee reporting
that activity. The collected data is immediately available for labor
cost order reporting and host application updates. Daily or weekly , supervisors
would reviews and approves employee records through a on-line maintenance
screen.
Time attendance reporting software application The Time & Attendance application is a powerful and
flexible software product that quickly matches existing company's payroll
policy and procedures through multiple shift table definitions,
employee assignments to a shift, badge record creation and absence definition
tables. Employees scan a badge at a barcode reader
station or PC terminal at reporting time, end of shift, and other unpaid
time periods. Lunchtime can be automatically deducted. Attendance
hours are rounded to company policy and overtime hours are applied
based on company rules. Daily or weekly supervisors review and approve
employee records through a on-line maintenance screen. The supervisor
can maintain hours of work and can report excused and unexcused absences
and extra pay hours. (Vacation, medical, holidays, jury duty etc.) Once
approved attendance hours are ready for interface with payroll application
or payroll service.

IDS users can update host databases at remote location using a bar code scanner and a web browser. The user connects to a web site that prompts for required data entry fields.
