Time Attendance Reporting

The Time & Attendance Module is a powerful and flexible software product that allows one to quickly match existing company payroll standard and procedures through multiple shift definitions, employee assignments, badge records and absence definition tables. Employees scan an ID badge through a reader at reporting time, end of shift, and for unpaid time periods. Lunchtime can be automatically deducted.  Attendance hours are rounded to company pay policy and overtime hours are applied based on company rules. Daily or weekly supervisors review and approve employee records through an on-line maintenance screen. The supervisor can maintain hours of work and can report excused and unexcused absences and extra pay hours. (Vacation, medical, holidays, jury duty etc.). Once approved attendance hours are ready for interface with payroll application or payroll service.

Labor Reporting & Job Costing

The employees scan ID badge and other order information through bar code readers at either the start of a job or at the end of a job or both.  Elapsed hours are rounded to company policy. Lunchtime can be automatically deducted from job hours without employee reporting lunch activity. The collected data is made immediately available for labor reporting and host application update. Daily or weekly, supervisors review and approve employee records through a maintenance screen. Applied labor and overhead rates are appended to extracted labor hours, providing order labor cost.

Inventory, Lot Location and Batch Lot Reporting

The stock location and batch lot inventory control module is a powerful and flexible software product that allows one to quickly establish an inventory stock location/batch lot reporting solution. During the inventory receiving process, an employee enters inventory, batch lot and stock location information using barcode/RFID tags/templates.  At the time of material issue, an employee would retrieve material from recorded stock location, then issue it to sales or manufacturing orders.  The system tracks and reports on inventory balances and batch lot information from material receipt through the manufacturing process and finally to customer shipments. This process allows for fast and, accurate product recall warranty information and much more.

Internet and Remote Data Collection

With WWW IDS, users can update host databases from a remote location using a bar code scanner and a mobile 5 device. The user connects to a web site that prompts for required data entry fields. This application can track on-line inventory movement from vendor to vendor or remote attendance and labor reporting with minimal hardware investment. Using GPS enabled devices; transactions can include exact physical location at the time of recording.

Door Access Control Security

The IDS door security is a powerful real time security application. It provides door access security based on who wants entry, at what door, and the time and date of the request. Using a barcode, magnetic stripe, RFID or proximity ID card or a fingerprint reader, the system responds to that request based on the data base parameters. This action is then recorded in a database for instant reporting to any network PC.

Whose Here Reporting

Using ID badges and TCPIP card or PC keyboard wedge ID card readers, the operator reports when arriving or leaving a facility location.  Real time reporting provides instant knowledge on employee active status.  Ideal for emergency reporting or locating closest support personal.

Asset Tracking

The Asset Tracking software application can be a real-time asset management solution. Assets are tracked by asset ID and asset location. Asset location can be a normal stock bin location or can be assigned to a user or building location. The asset is reported out to a user/location and reported back when returned.  The software compares current database location and the reported location of assets during wall-to-wall physical inventory. During this process, missing items are highlighted for action. Database is automatically updated after review and approval.  History of asset movement is recorded in database.
