New data transactions can be added in minutes. As data is collected, it can be entered in any sequence. The system will verify the presence of required fields, append optional or default values, verify against multiple data files, align to host format and perform host transfer. Records with inaccurate data are presented prior to host transfer or notification of error is immediately sent to entry station.

Data verification can be based on data entry inputs. (i.e. a valid account number being used by valid employee for that account number.) Collected data is available for simultaneous inquiry and reports on multiple terminals and printers. Data collection never needs to be interrupted to provide data updating, inquiries, reports or file transfers.

An RF site survey also includes spectrum analysis for potential source of interference, and site mapping to determine the best configuration to insure 100% coverage.
