The stock location,  batch lot inventory with expiration date control  module is a powerful and flexible software solution. The IDS product  allows one to quickly establish complete inventory control by stock location, by batch lot, by expiration date.  This is a real time multi user inventory  reporting software solution.

During the inventory receiving process, an employee enters inventory, batch lot, stock location, expiration date and quantity received  using barcode/RFID tags/templates or keyboard inputs.  At the time of material issue, an employee would retrieve material from recorded stock location, then issues it to sales or manufacturing orders. Item information is appended to order for complete item tracking.   The system tracks and reports on inventory balances, batch lot information and expiration date from material receipt through the manufacturing process and finally to customer shipments. This process allows for fast and, accurate product recall warranty information and much more.  The IDS labor reporting module provides similar tracking capabilities with employees.
