STOCK LOCATION AND LOT MANAGEMENT REPORTING

.....Instant Data's SLALM Reporting was designed to interface with our generic data collection software. Our base software product provides the ability to collect, edit, store then file transfer, update, any and all data requirements. This software communicates with bar-code, magnetic, and optical scanning devices. It provides standard collected data inquiries and printed reports, along with SQL data reporting capability.

.....The SLALM Reporting Module is a powerful and flexible software product, that allows one to quickly establish an inventory stock location/batch lot reporting system.

.....During the inventory receiving process, an employee enters inventory, batch lot and stock location information using barcode tags/templates. At the time of material issue, an employee would retrieve material from recorded stock location, then issue, to sales or manufacturing, orders. The system tracks and reports on inventory balances and batch lot information from material receipt, through the manufacturing process out to customer shipment. This process allows for fast and accurate product recall, waranty information, or much more.
